Brief Answer:
There is the cause for your symptoms sir, needs better management

Detailed Answer:
Hi sir.

I did suspect a gastric condition if all the more serious conditions have been ruled out which is why I asked you all the last few questions, and turns out you do have a diagnosed condition.

The pain described by you in the right hand is more commonly associated with gastric conditions and less likely to be associated with a cardiac, vascular condition sir.

So the treatment would include better control of the condition and going about a few do's and don'ts in regards to the condition. Would you like me to share a few of the main do's and don'ts which I would be more than happy to share, they help to live with the condition and prevent such episodes sir.

But I am almost completely sure the cause is nothing serious or to worry about, because aggravation of the condition can cause right hand pain, bloating, pressure on the diaphragm, which can then put some pressure on a nerve which can cause some neurological symptoms as well.

I hope this helps provide some clarity sir. Please do not hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
