Question: Sir i ve apectacles and work on my laptop for 10 to 12 hours a day. I m experincing itching somce last few days in my eyes. Which leads me to rub my eyes. Attaced picture taken hust now. Request your assisyance pls. There is no medication just now an i am healthy.

This is Spring catarrh, a type of ocular allergy. Here you should use dexamthasone eye drop for 5days 4times a day. That is because your picture shows a lot of inflammation. Dexamthasone for us is the top end anti inflammatory drop.
After you become 80% better in 5dsys as maintainence you shift gradually to lubricating drops in a phased manner reducing dexamthasone to 2times a day and lubricant eye drops 3times a day . lubricant drops come by the name of Refresh tears, Tears naturale or systane eye drps.These lubricant drops are to be used regularly and they have no side effects.
