Suggest Treatment For Oily Skin And Acne While Having PCOS

Question: Hello Doctor, I am 35. My skin is oily and acre prone (due to PCOS), In this summer, if I use sunscreen lotion, it gets more oily & promotes acne. Kindly suggest a oil free and effective sunscreen that I can an use under makeup everyday. Thank you!
