Brief Answer:
Requires Antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
It seems that he has developed an infection of the involved area. The best ways to treat this is to use antibiotics. You need to see a doctor again and get wound examined.
The pus should be sent for the culture and sensitivity and antibiotics like amoxicillin should be started immediately. He might also require intravenous injections of antibiotics , if the pus coming out is in extreme quantity.
Once the culture report is available the antibiotic would be chosen according to the pus culture sensitivity report.
Also your brother might require ct scan of the brain.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query please ask me.
