This test is positive for HSV1. This is the called oral herpes. When you have sore on the lips, this can very much be the cause.

The antibody is IgG. This antibody is commonly seen in infections that have been present for a long time. This means it is not an acute infection. A majority of the population would be IgG positive because we have all come in contact with this virus. This may rather signal a past infection and not a current infection.

In all, this suggests that you have at least come in contact with this HSV1 virus. This is likely to be in the past. If you have no lesions now especially on your lip, I will recommend that you ignore these results and move on. If there are symptoms, then we would need to look closer at this.
