Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis While On Amoxicillin
I think you outlined the situation quite well
Detailed Answer:
All of the lab values are very close to entirely normal. they are just not involved with anything.
Ok, the key finding of fibromyalgia is pain perception is changed to make things more painful than they should be. You are exactly describing all of the key features of fibromyalgia. This would seem to be a strong indicator of that being involved.
the mechanism is supposed to be involved with the same wiring as the body's own narcotic receptors the body's own wiring that operates through narcotic receptors and this is broken to make it overly sensitive. Narcotics make this situation MUCH worse.
There are two other approaches which WON"T mess things up and reliably help pain in fibromyalgia. You should do the first one. In any narcotic situation even yours which doesn't even involve narcotics, going UP on narcotics feels good and going down on them feels bad. This is balanced by pain and pain and narcotics operate on the same wiring but in obviously the opposite direction. GETTING pain therapeutically and then stopping it will work even better for you than taking a narcotic. We call the getting of pain in a therapeutic context EXERCISE AT THE GYM or PHYSICAL THERAPY WITH A VERY MEAN PHYSICAL THERAPIST. Seriously, verify all of this. It is the number one recommended treatment for your condition.
The other recommended treatment is any pain medicine that does NOT operate though anything like a narcotic receptor. This includes amitryptiline, cymbalta, or muscle relaxants. I think the first choice is better.
Oh, the leaky gut thing.
Detailed Answer:
Gee, that's the silly-cause-of-everything-of-the-week. I heard about that as a cause for obesity tonight. From someone eating quite a lot of sweets. Apparently, gut bacteria change one's self-control. I think this is silly. Maybe my gut bacteria make me say that and be sarcastic. Frankly the chronic EBV or the effect of the moon on the uterus made more sense. There's leaky gut syndrome. It's well known. Are you dying in intensive care while writing this? well, then it isn't leaky gut. You know what else is in the gut? Lots and lots of poop. You know how much of that is a fatal dose? about the amount in this dot at the end of the period. (endotoxin is extraordinarily stimulating of the immune system; this is cause of fatal drops in blood pressure with infection. The entire immune system is set up to avoid this). Leaky gut occurs in a variety of serious situations. It is not minor; it is usually fatal.
no.
On the other hand activation of the immune response doing what is supposed to do will cause aches. If you have white cells in the urine shown by a leukocyte esterase test (UTI) then this often causes aches/tiredness and needs to be addressed before it could become serious with leakage of bacteria products into the blood. (see prev. paragraph). A much milder inflammation that I just don't think has any potential for fatality (and does NOT HAVE the bacterial toxins that are fatal in the real leaky gut) is from yeast infection. These can occur from the use of antibiotics killing of the bacteria. Mostly vaginal yeast is pretty obvious. It isn't bacteria and doesn't produce the huge inflammation of bacterial infection. Overgrowth of colonic yeast isn't really a thing. Inside, there isnt' the right environment for yeast and the gut is flushed out. The closest you get is diaper rash.
And finally, I really applaud your efforts. "iam very active and have to push myself through the pain. It is when i am at rest that i am i all the pain. "
This is exactly what I meant about producing some pain under your own control being the best treatment for fibromyalgia.
