Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst In Right Ovary

Question: I am 29 years old. I am suffering from ovarian cyst in my right ovary. It started in july and august-14 with abdomen pain and vomiting and in these two months my monthly cycle was twice in a month with heavy bleeding. Then I went to doctor and took ultrasound of whole abdomen and my ultrasound showed cyst in right ovary and swelling in uterus. Then I started taking medicines and after taking 2 months medicines my vomiting had stopped and my last 2 cycle in September and October came timely between 13th to 15th of the month and in this months, cycle yet to come. But my cyst has not clear yet and its continue increasing and swelling also. Now a days I am suffering pain in left side of abdomen and vaginal area.
So please suggest me my condition is serious or not. What is the size of the cyst in my ovary and how much big cyst creates problem and to be cleared by operation. I am sending you my all ultrasound reports.

Brief Answer:
Cyst Aspiration
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare Magic.
I have gone through your query and Would like to reply in detail as follows:
1. You need to undergo cyst aspiration for removal of cyst since it is persistent simple cyst which is not responding to medicines..
2. This aspiration is done in any IVF centre under ultrasound guidance by transvaginal route.
3. Your condition is not serious and can easily be treated. It is just a simple cyst.
4. You dont need laparoscopy as of now.
I hope your doubt is clarified. Let me know if you wish any other information.

Dr. Soumya
