Question: I HAVE A COMPLICATED RIGHT OVARIAN MASS WITH INTERNAL SEPTATIONS MEASURING UP TO 10.5 CM. THERE IS NO ABNORMAL INTERNAL VASCULARITY. NO FREE FLUID IN THE PELVIS. I AM HAVING SURGERY NEXT WEEK. SHOULD I TRY TO PREPARE MYSELF FOR A CANCER DIAGNOSIS/
