Your active bladder issue maybe due to several causes--

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

I have read your query and also I notice, you had a previous consultation on this forum for spotting, 11 months after menopause.
Your active bladder issue maybe due to several causes--

Incontinence--most likely
Cystocoele--descent of cervix, a kind of prolapse, pressing the bladder
A growth from cervix--- pressing bladder
Diabetes---
A kidney problem
Your anti depressants--slowing your reaction time

Do consult your primary care Physician to find out which of these causes is leading to the problem. Regards
