Question: I have overactive bladder and prostate issues, and also redness and itching and burning. What can I do for the itching and burning?

Thanks for query .
Itching and redness of the glans and burning that you have could be mostly due to uncontrolled Diabetes .These are the first presenting symptom of Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis in a person with Diabetes .

Get your blood sugar tests done on empty stomach and two hours after lunch done to rule out Diabetes

Take antibiotic like Doxicycline along with anti fungal medication Fluconazole and topical anti fungal cream like Candid cream for local appication .
