Question: I had a dental bone graft on myupper left mandible and it is hard to open my mouth. It is very tender and cannot fully open my mouth without discomfort. What can be done?

Take painkiller & antibiotic for 5 days

Bone grafting is little painful.
You need to complete your course of pain killer & antibiotic.
Give proper time for healing.
Do not touch it with tongue.
Do not apply pressure or touch sutures.
Take soft diet.
If problem still persists then visit periodontist.
