Brief Answer:
You are having cervical spondyitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Vitamin D deficiency is not the cause of this pain. You are having cervical spondylitis. I would suggest you following.
1. Avoid keeping neck in same position for long time like working on computer or TV.
2. Avoid travelling or any other jerky activity.
3.Tablet Myospaz Or Myoril.
4.Neck muscle strengthening exercises.
5. Vitamin D deficiency can be treated with calcitriol XXXXXXX , one per week.
I hope these steps will help you. Let me know if you want to ask any further questions.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
SAAZ and Dezert-6 should be stopped
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am not sure if you need SAAZ or Dezert -6.These are given for inflammatory arthritis. If possible please send me scan copy of your prescription.
Taking vitamin D for some weeks can not cause calcification. So do not worry about that.
Thanks.
