As I can see your anxiety can be grouped in resistant anxiety which failed to two or more medications in such scenario SNRI group of medications can be planned for future tratment.
This group of medications include Duloxetine, venlafaxine and Desvenlafaxine. They are effective in resistant anxiety as well as pain associated with it.
