Question: i have problem in my throat which make me, to stop speaking for a long as per the earlier. And i feel that my throat is not clear.
Kindly help me so that i get relief fast.

As per your clinical details, it appears as mucus plug secondary to sinusitis or laryngitis (productive cough).


I suggest you to consult an ENT surgeon and get detailed ENT examination (sinus secretions back of throat- sinusitis). laryngoscopy- (status of vocal cards). If necessary, doctor would advice X-RAY chest for productive sputum. Treatment can be started according to the investigations.


Meanwhile, give absolute voice rest, do steam inhalation and salt water gargling.
