Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation After And During Defacation
Question: Sir.i am suffering from prolapsed internal hermoid and also slight skin tag in the anal area due to fissure.doctor suggested me to use diltizec ointment twice a day ,creamafin at night,two to three sitz baths with dettol..however i am getting pain and burning sensation after defecation and also during defacation.hence need clarification whether i can use any gel at the time of defecation to avoid pain like xylocaine etccc....PleaSe suggest

Xylocaine gel works for half an hour, when you do not want the action throughout the day you can wash the area as you do Sitz bath, you can use any other time.
Please do not add anything to the water, particularly Dettol. It does not help in any way and can cause reactions as seen in some patients.
