Your pain might be due to neuritis of the peripheral nerves.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concerns.
I have gone through your question very well.
It is clear that your pain and burning sensation is not related to testicular cause.
As you have told your hydrocele is now increasing so you can go for the specific treatment that is surgery..
Your finding in the kidney as you said is probably an incidental finding..If it does not bother you then dont worry.
Now about your thigh and leg pain.
As the history you have given it looks like a spinal pathology that is causing nerve entrapment.
But your lower Spinal radiology is totally normal you said.
So this may be due to-
neuritis of the peripheral nerve supplying the skin
chronic pain syndrome,drug induced etc.
sometimes carbamazepine might help in this type of pain..
Other treatments are accupuncture therapy,SSRI therapy.
lumber sympathectomy done in resistant cases.
You can start NSAID and low dose steroid.
Detailed Answer:
hello,
what is the meaning of oncreasea??or it is a typo error.
You can start NSAID tablet like diclofenac and low dose methyl prednisolone that is steroid.
It will stop the inflammation of those nerves..
Also consult your neurologist before taking the drugs.
Hope this is helpful.
Regards.
