Brief Answer:
It may be ear infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Discharge and pain from ear can be due to infection or blockage of eustachian tube due to cold.As in your case there is no history of cough and cold so chance of blockage due to cold is less.
White discharge in your case is most likely due to infection.
Candibiotic drop contains antibiotic and antifungal.
I suggest you to continue the same and observe for improvement or worsening of symptoms.
In case the discharge persists for more than 72 hours I would suggest you to visit your physician for reevaluation.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Don't worry,continue candibiotic drops
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up
If the ear discharge is due to cold,in most of the cases it improves as cold subsides. So possibility of infection is more.
So I would suggest you to continue with the same. You may give some decongestant nasal drops after consulting your physician for better result.
