Brief Answer:
This could be an infection of the ear!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this ear pain. Ear pain and fullness are symptoms of a possible ear infection. I will advice that you get consulted by your primary care physician on this. He would examine the ear with an otoscope to tell whether there is an infection of the middle ear or not and also look for other possible causes of ear pain.

For now, pain medications would be able to help. A combination of Tylenol and Ibuprofen as recommended by your doctor would be very helpful. Also, we have ear drops containing a local anesthetic like lidocaine that can relief ear pains. You may want to check o otipax.

In all, possible ear infection. Get consulted and evaluated for cause. Pain medications can help in the interim while you set up an appointment. Try Ibuprofen/Tylenol or ear drops like otipax.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and please feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be.
