Brief Answer:
It can be a teno synovitis or a neuroma

Detailed Answer:
Hello madam,
I have read your complains and there are two or three possibilities that come in my mind.

1. It can be teno synovitis . It is inflammation of tendon sheath. This is common in females and it causes severe pain. Some time there can be tightening of tendon sheath leads to trigger finger.
2. Enchondroma- It can be lyric lesion in finger. It can be diagnosed by x ray.
3. As you said that it is causing burning pain so a neuroma is also come in list of possibilities.

I would suggest you to get a x ray to confirm the diagnosis.
Till that time I would advice you to take pregabalin M tablet for burning pain. You will need a prescription for it.

I hope this will answer your query. Let me know if you want to ask any other questions.
Thanks and take care.
