Question: hi im 31 f, since sunday i had stiff neck and. severe pain in back neck and i took muscle relaxant for two days, sprayed volini and took hot showers and made few neck exercises. i felt relief yesterday and today but yesterday since mrng i had slow continuous back head pain. usually during periods or after periods i get migrane kind of headache which will increse by evening. it was similar to it. i thought same headache i got because i completed my periods last week itself. but evening i felt sleepy i slept for a while. at 8 late evening when i was passing my motion i got severe pain in right side of my headache stabbing kind. then i took dolo and slept for awhile. after that stabbing sever pain stopped but i felt somewhat strain in head like after wound kind and somewhat heavy. today also since mrng i feeel heaviness and when i became little excited i mean little angry i got same sudden pain and i drank little water and sat quiet it reduced but i still feel heaviness and very slight pain wound kind. have slight vomit sensation and feeling feverish. but no fever. what should i do? is it serious?
