Question: I had sex about three weeks ago,(Was a one night stand unfortunately). I was wearing a condom for the sex, but took the condom off and there was contact wiyh my penis and her vagina. I've been so worried (Have anxiety and OCD). I think there is some pain/stinging around my urethra opening. There is no discharge ot pain when urinating. This little skin flap, or whatever it is may have been there all my life. But i dont know. Is this anything. See attatched pictures. (Just Out Of Shower)

Brief Answer:
there's nothing suspicious!

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can't find anything abnormal on the pictures you've provided! Since you're having no consistent symptoms, the chance for a sexually transmitted disease (STD) is low. There are some STD though that may cause no symptoms at first and some of them are very serious ones, like the HIV virus and various hepatitis viruses.

If you believe that your partner may be a diseased individual then you'd better contact your primary care doctor to arrange for some basic tests to be done. Just keep in mind that the chances of having contracted anything are low anyway.

Kind Regards!
