Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,
After going through your query I concluded that you got nerve damage due to cast put on for leg fracture when you were 19. Due to nerve damage probably you got foot drop leading to inward turning of toes. You are barely able to walk. Now at 64 you broke leg above knee(femur). It does not heal straight(malunion).
My recommendation is that malunion should be corrected if it has made your walking more difficult. If it has not much effected your walking then no need to disturb.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wishing you good health.
Take care.

My problem is swelling of left foot and numbness and tingling pain in right( last three toes) what can I do to stop pain?
Brief Answer:
Elevation and mobilization exercises will help .
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back,
After going through your query and follow up query I concluded that your swelling of left foot will decrease by keeping foot elevated on pillow specially in night and mobilization exercises of it. For tingling pain in right foot I think lumbar spodylosis (age related degenerative changes in spine) as cause as it is common in your age. MRI lumar spine help in its diagnosis and further management. Glucasamine sulfate , Diacerine and Mecobalamin will be helpful. Analgesic such as diclofenac three times a day will be helpful in pain relief. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
Hope I have answered your query.
