Suggest Treatment For Pain And Tingling On Left Side Of Body

Question: Hi Dr....I am 55 years old and have high stress issues I have been feeling some pulling in my left side not painful just a sensation and some tingling I am in no pain but do have problems with a pinched nerve should I be concerned or my posture leans to the left...and I am heavy.

The pull that you are feeling, is likely to be related to some sort of muscle spasm. Taking some muscle relaxant tablet like myoril forte a couple of times a day for 2-3 days. I think that you would get relief. Apart from that, regular exercise would be advisable.

For the bloating, I would suggest:
* Regular morning walk. It will help in regularising bowel movements.
* Plenty of green leafy vegetables to eat. Dietary fibres are essential.
* Take plenty of curd or yogurt. It contains beneficial bacteria that will help.

Dr thank you very much, I am a worry wart type of person and as I sit here tonight I am grateful for this info.
I don't exercise much and need to start a regimend.
Where do I find the med you suggested? And it's funny while sitting I have tingling thank you!
