Hi! Welcome to HealthcareMagic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be evaluated on a chest Xray and Xray cervical spine to rule out any cervical rib presence or any signs of cervical spondylitis, as in such cases sleeping towards right can cause compression on nerves supplying the upper arm.

Alongwith that B12 and folic acid levels alongwith thyroid levels may be needed if the problem persists. Meanwhile replacements of calcium, vitamin D, B12 and folic acid may be started and may help with the symptoms.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
