usually takes few days
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up query.
It may occur due to GI upset or due to unknown cause and usually takes few days to improve. If it occurs again & again at or around the time of periods then there is a possibility that both are related to each other. Although its unlikely.
Thank You

And i was on birth control for about 8 months and stopped it last february because of the side effects. Ever since, two weeks before my period: i get extremely bloated, extremely fatigue, my boobs get tender, i get sharp pains in my abdomen, i look like i gain 5 pounds, and my stomach makes all kinds of noise. IIs all of this occuring because i stopped my birth control? Or is my body just changing?
Ovulation occurs on 14th day of 28 days cycle
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the followup query.
Ovulation occurs on 14th day of the 28 days cycle. When patient is on birth control pill then hormone levels are altered and remain in excess. Afterwards when you stop taking pills then it takes few months for body to adjust back to normal rhythm. Meanwhile some effects from wearing off may occurs in the form of bloating, fatigueness & tender breast. As soon as your body acquires normal rhythm, these symptoms will subside. So at the moment best thing is to wait. Meanwhile take balanced diet including fresh fruits & vegetables along with daily exercise of 30-45mins.
Thank You
