Suggest Treatment For Pain Behind Ears After Standing On Head
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Should be OK...just tell him not to do it again
Detailed Answer:
Standing on one's head for 10 min. would give anyone a headache...usually at the time just from the sheer pressure of body weight on the head anyone could get a headache. If he awoke with a headache and nothing else such as nausea, vomiting, and his eyes are darting around in some funky fashion then, there's nothing to worry about. He simply should use something to cushion his head the next time he does that or better yet...just don't do that again.
Many people advocate standing on one's head as a way of strengthening the cardiovascular system or somehow having health benefits to various organs of the body by somehow changing dynamics inside the body of how organs respond to gravity. There's no scientific proof that I'm aware to these claims and most of the time...people simply get headaches.
