Brief Answer:
thyroid profile

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
The most likely possibility for the painful self resolving sores genital area is a condition called Herpes progenitalis. It is characterised by a self limiting course of 7-10days usually. It has high tendency of recurrence and relapse. Oral antivirals like Acyclovir is advised within 1-2 days of onset of the rash.
Itch torso may be due to multiple reasons like infection or allergy or dryness itself.
Loss of apetite and sleep may be linked to it or may not be related at all. Most likely reason for loss of apetite and sleep is anxiety.
I will advise you to get your thyroid profile done.
Kindly revert back with the report so that I can help you to my best.
You may kindly upload images of the back where itch is felt so that I can advise you accordingly.
Thanks

Thank you a lot for answering! I don t have any rush on my skin, there are only very little red bumps sometimes, and it s itch especially in the evening and also on my face the area between lips and nose I get like the very little red sores. But I forgot to say that when I got the sores I got like a strong headache for 2 days and I was feeling really exhausted. It s normal to have this symptoms when you have genital herpes? And where I can buy the medicine you recommended? Thank you!

acyclovir oral

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back. It is a viral infection caused by Human Herpes virus. The sores on face is most likely Herpes labialis.
Oral acyclovir is considered as a drug of choice in this condition. But it is a prescription drug and you need to consult your doctor for this.
