Suggest Treatment For Pain Due To Cervical Spondylosis

Question : Hi sir, I am suffering from neck/cervical region pain, specially in trapezius region.It started with stiff neck .Sometime I feels something is running in my trapezius area close to spine/vertebra and feels a vein/nerve by my fingures and after pressing feels a kind of shock.I have no history or trauma/accident.I also feel numbness in my last two fingures of both hands.Pain radiates from trapezius region to my shoulder area and sometime on to left hand also. Had done 2 MRI of cervical spine in last 3 months both shows only minor bulges at C3-C4 , C4-C5-C6 level and nothing major.Will there be any problem with my brachial plexus ? Do I need to do a MRI again specific for brachial plexus ? I am currently taking dezula 30 and mobizox and also doing physiotherapy . Please advise . I have also attached the MRI and blood report of mine.I am also taking neurobian forte tablets for vitamin B12. Will there be any serious issue with my spine ? I am afraid of the situation .The pain doesn't persist for all the time, it increases when I travel or drive the car specially.But I always feels something wrong in my trapzius area. Due to this I can't concentrate on the work.I work in a software industry where I need to sit for more than 9 hours.

Brief Answer: Treatment goes in following lines Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for your query. The MRI report you have given above goes with Cervical Spondylosis. There are features of Disc bulge from C3-C6 levels. It is somehow not so uncommon now in younger population and we like to call it industrial neck pain, since its prediliction towards people working in computer related industry. It can be caused by lifting weights, episodes of over-exertion during work, long hours on computer, inappropriate posture while sleeping or sitting, lack of proper nutrition-exercises-rest-recreation or any other relevant past medical history. Usually the treatment goes in following lines: rest, lifestyle modifications (namely- avoiding pillow while sleeping, following a healthy diet plan, maintaining suitable posture while working on computer/driving, avoiding any activity that strikes neck discomfort), medications (that your physician prescribes) and most important physiotherapy ( in form of neck exercises, cervical traction if required along with local ultrasonics). Hi, thanks for the reply but found it bit short and some of my questions are unanswered. Could you please tell me is there any problem with my brachial plexus by looking into my symptoms??? Also is the medicine I am taking is correct?? Do I am in to a serious trouble??? Please also comment on my blood report. Does vitamin B12 deficiency cause such issues?

Brief Answer: You are not in a serious trouble. Detailed Answer: Hello, First of all let me assure you that you are not in a serious trouble. There is no any problem with your brachial plexus. Medicine you are taking is correct but it should be taken for a shorter period. Vitamin B12 deficiency could cause such issues. So you can continue taking neurobion forte tablets for vit B12.
