Detailed Answer:
Hi
I m dr Alok, pleased to answer your query today
Yes, fibromyalgia is a difficult disease. Although it is not causing any deformity or damage to any organ, but pain is very difficult to manage.
I advice you to start aerobic exercise slowly and in a graded manner to improve your stamina.
You can also start some medicine like TCA & milnacipran etc after discussing with your physician.
Also balanced diet, which include fibrous diet and low carbohydrates are beneficial
For pain, try narcotics pain killer after discussion with your doctor
Hope this will help
Take care
