Question: i m 28yrs male suffering from fissure in ano for past 3months previously consulted surgeon and was on conservative measures of sitzbath,stool softener,steroid/anesthetic ointment,pain grdaually subsided and itching started n on minimising dose of laxative as directed by physian again stool passing becomes difficult,then i consulted a homeopath presently on his med-arnica30c,aesculum ointment,isapgula husk but still feel pain during passing stool ,what else i need to do, i donot feel any pain 20-30mins after passing stool but pricking pain while passing stool....plz suggest
