Urinary Tract Infection is most likely
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail and have seen the attached photograph too.I understand your concern.
Latex allergy would manifest in the person that is your friend who has it and not in you.
In case, you had the sex with out the condom, then there are two possibilities:
1. Urinary Tract Infection
2. Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD).
If you have used condom, then these possibilities are less likely. Let me know in that case.
You would need a urine routine & microscopy and Urine culture to rule out urinary tract infection.
If Urine infection is found you would be given antibiotics based on culture report. If you have any ongoing fever, you doctor would take your urine for culture and sensitivity and will start you on antibiotics that would be modified based on the culture report.
You should drink plenty of water.
Now, if your urine examination turns out to be normal, a work up would be required to rule out STD's.
There is a long list of STD's so it's difficult to comment that which one do you have. I would advice you in that case to get a STD panel done, that would test for all STD's and treatment would be instituted as per the report.
Your friend would also require the treatment simultaneously.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
Dr Anshul Varshney , MD

Detailed Answer:
The pain is a symptom of UTI, It can vary from time to time. Absence of pain later doesn't rule out UTI.

As expected.
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Your presentation was classical of stone only. But do get a Urine examination done to rule out urinary tract infection that is commonly associated with stones.
Drink plenty of water and you should also get a Serum uric Acid levels done to be sure that they are not uric acid stones.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
