Suggest Treatment For Pain From A Tear Near The Urinary Meatus

Question: I suffered a slight tear at the bottom of my meatus a little over a year ago. The pain has since completely healed I would say within the first few months. However there is still an uncomfortable feeling of it rubbing against my clothes or boxers. How can I get this resolved? I am unable to wear briefs anymore and certain pants. Is there a specific cream I can use ?

You have sustained tear of the external urinary meatus one year back which has healed up completely .Now you have discomfort and is unable to wear your inner wares .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem
1) Do you have itching at the site of tear .
2) Upload photograph of your glans penis and meatus

The discomfort that you have is mostly due to hypersensitive scar .

Using steroid ointment or cream ( Betnovate )will help to reduce discomfort .

Are you able to be more specific in regards to ingredients since you do not know brands. It appears there are many different strengths of steroid creams over the counter. I just do not want to get the wrong one.
