Neurosurgeon or neurologist

Hi and welcome to HCM

if you have MRI scan of spine then you need to see neurosurgeon who will determine is surgical treatment possible. if not, then you need to be treated conservatively by neurologist with antiinflammtory and steroid therapy and physiatrist who will find appropriate physical therapy for you.
