Suggest Treatment For Pain In A Diabetic Patient

Question: Earlier i was using GP-1, since the same is discontinued by the company, i was told to use PIOZ MFG-1. But i have started getting pain in my left leg and left hand. Do i need to change the tablet. Please advise.

Dear sir, You din't mention anything regarding blood sugar levels. If they are under control, then no need to change tablet. If not under control consistently, then need a change. If under control, then you need to add a tablet of Pregabilin and methylcobalamin drugs for pain. That would help you in relieving pain.
