Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthCareMagic.com I am Dr.J XXXXXXX Anto Bruno Mascarenhas, and I am here to help you. I have read your question with care and understand that you want to know about Schwannoma present in Arm Pit
1. Schwannomas are benign tumours of cells which cover the nerves.
2. They usually do not have any consequences. They create problems only if they grower larger in size. In the rare case the Schwannoma grows in the arm pit, it may cause the following complications
a. Compression of Nerves of Arm : Weakness, Numbness
b. Compression of Arteries to Arm : Pallor, Ischemia
c. Compression of Vein from Arm : Swelling of Arm
3. Till date there is no relationship between Intake of Fast food and episodes of pain due to Schwannoma.
4. They are best left alone. They have to be removed only if they become very large and compress on the nerve or nearby structures
So
My Suggestion would be to
1. Just Observe the Schwannoma
2. Intervene only if it interferes with any vital functions of the arm
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.

Pain can be Managed with Drugs like Pregabalin, Gabapentin
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Pain can be managed with Drugs like
Pregabalin 75 mg two times a day after food
OR
Gabapentin 300 mg two times a day after food
etc
You may get a prescription from your doctor.
I would not advise Surgery for sake of Pain Alone. Occasional Pain does not need surgery.
Only if there is
1. Numbness
2. Weakness
3. Reduced Blood Flow to Arterial Obstruction
4. Swelling due to obstruction to Venous Outflow
I would advice Surgery
