Brief Answer:
Erosions, gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Hershey kisses can cause dyspepsia / GERD that can lead to gastritis or mild erosions. Try to limit or stop its intake to see for improvement. For now you can take over the counter antacids and/or omeprazole. If it persists despite this then you should get an EKG done to rule out a cardiac cause primarily. Serum amylase may also be done along with x ray erect abdomen to rule out other causes such as pancreatitis or perforation. If the EKG is clear then PPIs like esomeprazole, pro kinetics such as metoclopramide along with sucralfate and bismuth subsalicylate can be advised for two weeks.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
