This happens mostly when I work from office and sit for hours. Also recently I feel subtle burning sensation when I urinate. I am forced to get up in between sleep during night for urination. And it is mostly that I feel pressure in the bladder and back till I urinate. I am a little tensed if there is any problem with the excretory system (In particular Kidneys). Please let me know if I need medication or just exercise and fibrous food would solve the issue.

There is never a long gap between my meals intake. I have breakfast around 9 and lunch around 1 30 followed by snacks at 5 and dinner at 9 pm again. There is no stress at my workplace. I will try to intake more water and fibrous food for few days and get back to you if the problem persists.
