Brief Answer:
You need to be examined by orhopedician

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic.

I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

There are several reasons for such pain in the buttocks.

1. Sciatica-
2. Sacroileac joint inflammation
3 pyriformis syndrome
4. Pain due to ileolumbar ligament injury
5.Pain due to strain on lumbar spine

The above mentioned conditions can occur due to wrong posture, excessive exercise, lifting heavy objects in wrong way etc. Degenerative changes in the hip joint can also cause such pain. But this is unlikely in your case as you are still young.

Please consult Orthopedician. Based on assessment he will prescribe treatment.
I hope this helps.
