Suggest Treatment For Pain In Feet While Walking

plantar fasciitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It sounds like you have developed plantar fasciitis. This is a condition where the connective tissue (facia) on the bottom of your foot (plantar part) gets irritated and inflamed. It is often worse in the morning and when you have had to walk a lot. Here are some things to try. Ice the heels several times a day. Take an anti-inflammatory medication (if it is okay with your doctor) like ibuprofen twice a day, do stretches on your feet and get arch supports or heel cups for your shoes (both shoes). Here is a site that can show you some helpful stretches to do.

If this does not work after several weeks see a podiatrist, they may be able to do an injection to help relieve your pain.
