Brief Answer:
pus discharging sinus tract, fibroma

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as The white bump on the gums is concerned, I have two two possibilities.
it can be because of a pus discharging sinus tract secondary to tooth infection or gum infection.
The other possibility is, it can be a irritational fibroma or frictional keratosi with traumatic ulcer.
Based on your description of the lesion, it is difficult to come to a diagnosis. So if you can send the images of the lesion, i can give a exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
If it is a pus discharging sinus tract, you need to consult a oral physician and take a radiograph to confirm the diagnosis, and the tooth can be treated with RCT.
If it is a fibroma or frictional keratosis with a traumatic ulcer, then you need to get it surgically removed under local anesthesia.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
if any queries are there then you can reply me back.

mucocele, fibroma, surgical excision.

If it is on the lip, it can be a mucocele or a traumatic fibroma with an ulcer secondary to trauma like lip biting. Consult a oral maxillofacial surgeon and get the lesion removed under local anesthesia.
