Brief Answer:
It looks like musculoskeletal pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like musculoskeletal pain.
Baby Aspirin will give relief in few people.
I usually prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
If the pain still persist after skeletal muscle relaxant tablet, you should consult your doctor and get an ECG (Electrocardiogram).
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
