Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Abdomen And Difficulty During Bowel Movements

Question: Hi I am have pain around my left lower side and yellow ish eyes. I am struggling to go for a poo. When I go for wee it trickles' out rather than a fast flow please can you advise ? Thanks

I understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have Urinary tract infection/UTI complicated by Jaundice.

For this I advise you to get -

1.Complete urine examination
2.Liver function tests.
3.HbsAg.

Once Blood and Urine sample is given empirical antibiotics can be used.

Further management is based on test results.

I have had a blood test and done wee samples. I have also had an ultra sound which may be showing a slight blockage. Can you advise further ?
