Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The symptoms of the message are highly suggestive of gastrointestinal bleeding.
Unless you are on medications like iron supplements.

I will suggest that if you are not on any medication go to emergency room immediately.
This is a medical emergency. and needs immediate attention.

Meanwhile take Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day on empty stomach.
And syrup Sucralfate 2 tsf 4 times a day.
Avoid taking food.
Don't wait for the medication to act and go to ER.

I have tried to make this as simple as possible.
Best wishes, Dr Mittal
