Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Left Pelvic Area
Could be gastritis or mild colitis.kidney pathology is unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM>
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
Your symptoms are certainly not like a kidney problem, or a cancer.
You've described your symptoms very well, with habits of drinking and smoking.
I'd advise you to stop smoking and decrease beer drinks,as that can increase the acid reflux and gas formation, with burping.
If at all, there's anything to suggest IBS, it'll be relieved by stopping these.
An abdominal CT scan will show if there's any cause for the pelvic pain,in bowels.
The scrotal scan will rule out a cause in the testis or epididymis.
The proper way to arrive at a diagnosis, would be to get examined by an Urologist and get screened for your symptoms.
1. CBC,creatinine,RBS,LFT,platelets,HIV,HbsAg,and VDRL.
2. CECT Abdomen (contrast CT scan).
3. OGD
4. Colonoscopy.
5. scrotal, doppler ultrasound scan.
From these reports, one should be able to make out the cause for your symptoms.
Accordingly, proper treatment will be advised.
You can send the reports here, for an expert opinion.
Wish you good health.
