Question: I have knee issues in both legs my right needing a replacement. I have pain in both lower legs and don't think it's related to my knees. I do have a stint so thought about poor circulation. I realize this could be the result of several issues but would like to have some advice where to start.

HI,Dear thanks for the query to HCM.
I studied your query and reviewed it and found that it needs more information.
Since how long back the stent was done?
Why do you thing that the poor peripheral circulation is the cause of the lower leg pains.
Any other health issues which are causing this Leg pains?

The stent was put in 3/12. The circulation is just a guess. My right knee has needed a replacement for 3 years. I had very little pain so I have put off the operation. I'm sure it has affected my left leg as I have a little pain now in that knee. But didn't have this lower leg pain all along. So I don't know if the knee problem is the cause. I didn't add this to begin with but in climbing stairs now my legs hurt a little all over. That abates in the upper leg once I finish climbing.

Brief Answer:
Pain in both lower legs / Under Investigation

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Pain in both lower legs / Under Investigation

MY Impression-Pain in both lower legs seems to be OA-Osteo-Arthritis in both the knees / and is not due to poor circulation after Stent operation on 3/12 period.

Hi,Dear Thanks for your updates.
Sorry for the belated reply,as I was stuck up in one emergency.
I studied your updates and tried to understant the confusing versions about the lower leg in this last updates.
But I am happy to get more data, from You about your lower leg.
In My opinion 3/12 stent is nothing to cause the poor circulation, which would lead to pain in both your lower legs.

With the postponement of Right knee joint replacement,on the conception of the less pain in the right knee, seems to have increased more wear/tear strain on the left knee,as such causing more pain in the left knee lately.

Your assumption submitted in this update is right and hence your conclusion that the right knee postponed knee replacement has caused more pain in your left knee lately, due to increased protective wear and tear in left knee joint.

Thus in the end, both your knees are a cause of both lower leg pains,as confirmed from your submissions in this update that, the knee pains after climbing of the staircase abates in the upper leg after you finish climbing.

Thus the cause of the lower legs seems to be caused by the Osteo-Arthritis of both knees is the cause of the lower legs, which is very common entity in this age.

Hope this reply would simplify your understanding of both lower leg pains, which is not caused from the Poor blood circulation after the stress, but by the OA,or Osteo-Arthritis of both the aging knee joints.

Await more updates if any in this regard, which I would love to explain better in next session.

If you find satisfied yourself by this replies,Will appreciate You to write excellent feedback review comments on your experience about My services, to help the needy patients like YOU,at the HCM services.

Welcome for any further query in this regard, which I would love to reply in the next session.

Good Day!!
