Suggest Treatment For Pain In Penis

Question: Hi I had a pain in my penis yesterday night. I don't do sex outside. I do masturbate time to time. May be on daily basis. Yesterday night dusting masturbation I had sudden pain as if muscle have become tight .. This happened as I was about to climax. I thought May be I am masturbating a lot this has happened. Today in the morning I tried again and same thing happened.
When I masturbate nothing happens in beginning as I am reaching to climax sudden pain occurs in the urinary tract.

Sudden short duration muscle spasms might have occurred with you. If you had a sudden wave of excitement and some rhythmic muscle spasms in your genital region, then it is most likely spasms of muscles in the area during climax or orgasm.

If the pain is only at the point of climax then this can be due to sudden spasm. Please do not do violent masturbation and try and be gentle for the next few times. Also spend a lot of time in achieving climax instead of climaxing in few minutes.

Do some light stretching exercises and try and masturbate every alternate day instead of doing it every day. Also use a lubrication jelly if available.

Yes the pain seems to be in urinary tract. I went to toilet after the pain and I urinated without any pain. Also today in the morning after the pain I passed urine without any problem.

To me it felt like that sperm is trying to come out when climax is building up but then I feel this sudden pain.
This happens when climax is building but much before the final moment

Thanks for writing back with an update.

It might be possible that you have a mild urinary tract infection involving the urethra. I suggest you drink lots of fluids and juices for the next few days and visit washroom regularly. Try not to hold your urine and pass urine before you masturbate or have sex.

Also please do masturbation gently to avoid any traumatic injury to penis soft tissues. You can use a lubrication jelly for this.
