Brief Answer:
Diacerine, glucosamine, analgesic and vitamin D3 can be of use.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your mother is having osteoarthritis of knees with spondylosis. Both are degenerative disease( age related). She is likely to be get benefitted by Diacerine and glucosamine. For pain relief she can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. She can get her vitamin D test as vitamin D deficiencies add to joint pains. If found low she can take supplements of vitamin D3 also. She is also having frozen shoulder, for which mobilisation excercises of shoulder and analgesic are useful.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
