Question: every time I cough my anus hurts and when I press my tailbone it hurts as well

Hello,
I have studied your case. Pain in tail bone is due to coccydynia. This is due to either some injury to tail bone or it can be due to abnormal shape of the tail bone. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Make sure that you do not have constipation or anal fissure.
2.Avoid sitting on hard surfaces or travelling for long time.
3.Sit in tub filled with gentle warm water twice daily for thirty minutes.
4.Take Etoricoxib one daily for pain.
5.In case pain is severe then you can take steroid injection also.

I feel like I have a hemorrhoid inside cause when I cough and make pressure my anus hurts bad when I try and use the restroom and o feel that's why my tail bone hurts cause I have not hurt it or I don't think Ira abnormal.

This is what I mention. There is chances of haemorrhoids or fissure. So you need to get per rectum examination by a doctor. Also it would be better if you start taking following medication.
1.Cremafin syrup one to two tea spoon ful daily.
2.Xylocaine jelly to be applied just before you go to pass your stool.
