I have testicle pain after passing urine
cause and reason
I have grade 2 piles.
I also have vericular problem in left testicle

Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in testicle after passing urine and Varicocele on left side.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) What is your age ?
2) Pain in testicle is on left side , Rt side or both the testicles ?
3) Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning urination,frequency or urgency etc?
4) Is there swelling of testicle?

The pain in testicle could be due to Varicocele itself .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic
tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of scrotum and abdomen .

Take anti inflammatory medicines like Diclofenac twice daily .

Use of scrotal support will help to relieve pain .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
