Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Abdomen, Sweating And Pressure Sensation In The Bladder

Go to ER NOW.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
When men complain of feeling like they have been kicked in the testicles, there are a few possibilities of what might be going on:
Epididymitis - the epididymis can get inflamed from infections, including a urinary tract infection. This is treated either with drinking a lot of water if it isn't severe, or with an antibiotic (and also a lot of water).
Testicular or spermatic cord torsion - this is a urological emergency, ideally identified within 6 hours. Diagnosis is via an exam AND scrotal ultrasound. This is a non-invasive test.
Even though the pain has lessened, since you are still having urinary symptoms, I strongly advise that you go to the ER NOW. I don't mean to frighten you, it is just that with your symptoms and the "kicked in the testicles" description, testicular torsion must be ruled out.
Go to an ER where they have the ability to order a scan promptly.
They should also take a urine specimen for dip urinalysis and full urinalysis and culture.
I invite you to let me know how you are doing after you have been evaluated as I am concerned.

Thank you. While we were waiting for the answer, the pain was so bad we went to the ER. I had a kidney stone that is now passed in to my bladder. Apparently when it gets to the groin and starts passing to the bladder, it can feel like getting kicked in the testicles. One down. I hope I don't do that again.
Thank you for your care. XXXXXXX

Yes, when a stone is in the ureter passing to the bladder, the pain can be very bad.
I am very sorry that no one responded to your question sooner. The company advertises getting an immediate response, but depending on what doctors are on the site at a given time and the type of the questions, it can take up to 24 hours.
I am glad you are feeling better and that the problem was diagnosed.
